Zaha Hadid. LF One. Landscape Formation One in Weil Am Rhein, Germany

This volume documents the building LF one which Hadid is constructing in collaboration with the architects Mayer Bährle for the state garden show in Weil am Rhein, Germany. The building, to be completed in 1999, is constructed out of glass and concrete. It is a wonderfully expressive building, emerging from the surrounding landscape. This publication uses largely unpublished plans, sketches and paintings from Zaha Hadid herself, and photograph from Christian Richters, to capture the genesis of this fascinating work.
