E2 is an acronym of entre-deux, or in between. e2 can also indicate an evolution of some sort of duality, modified by the e prefix indicating a redefinition of material economies and forms of communication in the IT-driven world -e-mail, e-business, e-politics. This book presents the results of the e2 ideas competition calling for strategic interventions in in-between spaces.
